Class Description
			The Train the Trainer 2-Day Interactive Workshop includes instruction in the 14 Competencies of Training which were developed by IBSTIPI, a training standards association. This class is approved and certified by Microsoft as official courseware for training Instructors. The T3 class includes manuals for each student, videotapes and instruction. The course consists of lecture, experiential learning exercises, role-playing, discussions and uses many other methods of instruction. Students are videotaped on three occasions; practicing and demonstrating the skills learned in class. (Refer to the daily Agenda page) Students teach each other as well as experience and discuss classroom situations of all kinds. This course is a one of a kind, it meets the Microsoft standards for the Train the Trainer and it can be customized for specific groups.
