“Until I met with Dr. Roth, I had never been professionally coached. I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was an amazing experience! Dr. Roth made brilliant connections between my personality and work style. Using that, she taught me how to translate information from my supervisor into a manageable way for me. I also learned some interesting tips and tricks for managing projects and daily tasks. Communication between my supervisor and I has definitely improved, and we are much more efficient. Thank you, Dr. Roth!”

Sarah Downes, NEAL COMMUNITIES
“Lori lives the example when it comes to strengths-based teams. I worked for Lori for close to ten years, and she succeeded in building a high-trust, cross-trained, highly functioning team by listening carefully to who we were and what we wanted from our careers, and then facilitating team conversations around our strengths and goals. By clarifying both the team’s mission and our own personal missions, Lori asked the right questions to get us talking and thinking deeply about how to meet our goals, grow, and feel fulfilled at work and personally. I strongly endorse Lori’s strengths-based approach to team building and leadership.”
Robyn Madar Program Manager/Trainer, George Mason University
“I wanted you to know that your instruction and leadership have done nothing but provide a boost to my career. The insights that you helped the class participants discover have opened doors for me which have made me a more effective leader. And also made me a more aware, compassionate and supportive colleague. The commitment you have made to training is invaluable and a huge part of my preparation for this next step on my path. I can’t thank you enough.”

“When I did the vision board with my mother and Dr. Lori, I have to say the experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend this for other people. I remember that night when I went to bed, I told my mom that I felt something and it was a great feeling. And ever since that day, I feel twice as positive as I felt before. This helped me clearly see what I wanted and in my mind I know exactly what to do in order to achieve the things on my board. So if you’re looking for more information on the vision board, talk to Dr. Lori and trust me, you will feel 1,000 times better”.
– Nicole, 12 year old goal setter
“The vision board was a great activity to do, especially with my pre teenager daughter. Dr. Lori was very welcoming and she provided us with tools for us to be able to visualize what our goals/desires are. Having someone with that kind of knowledge and experience helping and guiding us thru the process is precious, particularly if you are living your life on the automatic bottom. Making the first step is all you need to do to have the best life that you want for yourself but you will need to believe it by seeing, acting and reassuring everyday your goals from the vision board. Thank you Dr. Lori for bringing my daughter and I closer and opening our horizons for us to have a great life that we all deserve it. You are amazing in helping others.”
– Paula, Nicole’s mother and a business owner
